Convert Numbers to text needs more nuance training
As an example, if I say "3:20pm" I'll get "three twenty pm". Sometimes I want numbers as text and sometimes I don't and this is a great example of when it's not wanted. There are other things like phone numbers too. And, even when using this for regular numbers, it's not good practice to write numbers as text all the time (or vice versa). I appreciate that this is probably tricky but there are a number of style guides that indicate when it's best to have numbers displayed as text and when it's best to present them as numerals. Predictably, these all differ on some of the points but choosing one and using it for training would be great. https://www.bbc.co.uk/newsstyleguide/numbers is one that shows some of the nuance that might be required for this although there are many others out there.
