Add OpenAI-compatible server endpoints

Hi, this is working great. Would it be possible to add OpenAI-compatible server endpoints so that I can use the model and service as STT provider in other apps?

It's not planned yet, but would love to learn more about that specific use case though. Maybe that would push that up in priority
